Acquirement
It is possible to obtain the Cursed bone shears by cursing the Bone shears at the cost of 3 Lesser souls.
Gameplay
Due to its low Hit Rate, it is recommended to play the Cursed bone shears only if you own either the Monocle or the Eyeglasses, The Monocle reducing its Hit Rate reduction from -50% to -30%, and the Eyeglasses nullifying this penalty entirely.
