Location

Prehevil - Central can be reached by going east from Prehevil - Staircase, or by going up a ladder and exiting a manhole in Sewers - Mid Tunnels.

NPCs

• August (Climbing a pipe near the Old Hotel on Day 1 Night)
• Kaiser (Can be found walking along the main road in the northeast, through the passage to Prehevil - Temple Site (Tower))
• Elite Trooper (Can be found guarding the Kaiser on the main road. The Trooper will turn around after a short while and if the player doesn't run away, they will shoot dealing 30 damage to the whole party)
• Marina (Her body can be found in an alleyway and her head on a fence if she was in your party when dying to Needles for the first time)
• Levi (His body can be found by the southwest staircase and his head on a fence if he was in your party when dying to Needles for the first time)

• Needles (Has a 25% chance of appearing every 33.3 seconds if alive)
• 2 Bellends (Masoχ-S/M mode only)

Interactables

• 1 Moveable Blue Box (Found in the main road blockade. If the player enters the area from Prehevil - Temple Site (Tower), the blue box can be pushed aside, creating a shortcut)
