Prehevil - East can be reached by going east from Prehevil - Central.
NPCs
- Rancid the Sergal (Found killing a Bobby, at any time when going near the church)
- Marina (If you tell her you're heading to the church at the book store, she will initially decline to come along but will change her mind and catch up with you outside the church entrance, joining your party if it's not full)
- O'saa (Chance to be found meditating at the top of the stairs west of the church, blocking the top path if he isn't recruited or is at a different meditation spot)
- Karin (If she was in your party when dying to Needles for the first time, she will appear in a short cutscene in front of the Church where she will crawl towards you while barely alive, dying as she reaches you)
Enemies
- 2 Bobbies (One can be found on the lower road to Prehevil - Central, the second will not appear outside of the scene with Rancid the Sergal, is not fightable, and its corpse is not interactable)
- Needles (Has a 50% chance of appearing every 33.3 seconds if alive)
- Gull bros (Masoχ-S/M mode only, has a 25% chance of appearing every 43.3 seconds if active and alive)
