廢水處理辦公室的入口位於普雷希維爾西北地區，在聖多梅克孤兒院鎖住的大門的正下方小路的右側。
廢水處理辦公室通往下水道。要注意，下水道里潛伏著許多的受月灼燒者(食屍鬼)。
