The Caverns is a location within Fear & Hunger, found in the Level 4 within the Dungeons of Fear and Hunger.

The Caverns are connected to the Blood pit via an elevator. At the start of the game, the elevator is not active, but the player can jump down the elevator shaft in the Blood pit, landing in the Caverns with both legs destroyed. Once the elevator is activated, the player can freely travel between the caverns and blood pit.
