The Human Hydra is a unique enemy encountered in Fear & Hunger.

The remaining guards of the fortress. They tried to save themselves with an act of love.

When the darkness started to spread on the dungeons of fear and hunger, a group of guards tried to perform a Marriage of Flesh to save themselves from the madness and sickness it induces. The ritual did not work as these guards probably planned, as they became a malformed, multi-headed creature afterwards.
Location
Human Hydra can be found in Level 1 - Inner hall, separated in a small room. When interacting with it, Human Hydra demands to be fed human meat. The player can either feed it with the girl or with Demon Kid, but complying with its demands gives no rewards however, and refusing its demands has no repercussions.
This serves as a lesson to the player that not every action or quest yields a good reward.

Strategy
Human Hydra is a unique enemy in that it lacks any abilities and only hurls insults at the player during battle. Because it provides no loot or benefits when defeated, it may seem quite useless to fight. However, it has a useful perk in being able to farm party members' Body (with Ring of Wraiths / Needle Worm) or Mind (with Sorcerer's Stone), similar to Doors. This can be done infinitely, as running from the fight regenerates any heads cut off, provided at least one of the eight heads is kept intact.

- You try talking to human hydra.
- Player: "Why should I spare you?"
- Human Hydra: "What the fuck you talking about!? I'm gonna wreck you up so baaad!!"
- Player: "You are pathetic."
- Human Hydra: "That's what I said to yer momma afterwards!"
- Player: "Prepare to die."
- Human Hydra: "You're the one whose gonna die here, fucker!"
- First turn:
- Human Hydra: "What the fuck do you think you're doing!?"
- Second turn:
- Human Hydra: "If you don't stop, we're gonna wreck you up badly!"
- Third turn:
- Human Hydra: "H-hey! Seriously man!!"
- Fourth turn:
- Human Hydra: "O-oi! You gotta fuckin' stop!! Can't you see us suffering!"
- Fifth turn:
- Human Hydra: "You want us to beg or something!?"
