The back area section of Prehevil - West (News Agency) can be reached through the News Agency's basement, by using the Short Circuit skill (either by the player or a recruited Abella) on a door to the filing room in the west of the basement. The filing room can be passed to to reach an underground tunnel with to a ladder leading up into this area.
