Prehevil - Staircase is the location the player will reach after opening the gate in Old Town - Gate.

Marcoh (Can be found in front of Restaurant Bílý Vůl in an altercation with Pav and/or getting a wheelchair for Olivia on Day 2 Morning/Evening)
Pav (Will be in an altercation with Marcoh in front of Restaurant Bílý Vůl if he's alive and hasn't been injured by the Kaiser by Day 2 Morning/Evening)
Tanaka (Can be found in front of Restaurant Bílý Vůl in an altercation with Pav if Marcoh is alive and/or getting a wheelchair for Olivia on Day 2 Morning/Evening)
Pocketcat (Will be at the top of the western central staircase if not encountered already in Prehevil - Ruined Streets, and only if the area is entered from Old Town - Gate or Prehevil - Central)
August (Jumping across rooftops of buildings on Day 1 Evening)
Abella (Her body can be found crucified on a wall if she was in your party when losing to Needles for the first time)

2 Bobbies (Wandering by the main central staircase)
1 Death mask (Found near the top of the eastern central staircase if it's one of the 2 death masks active, or while in Masoχ-S/M mode)
Needles (Has a 50% chance of appearing every 16.65 seconds if alive)
2 Bellends (Masoχ-S/M mode only, will jump down from the rooftops)
Gull bros (Masoχ-S/M mode only, has a 25% chance of appearing every 43.3 seconds if active and alive)
