Strategy
Fear & Hunger Mode
The Bobby has 3 arms and can attack up to 3 times per turn. Because of this, having at least 3 party members that can manually target limbs is ideal. The arms will regenerate 2 turns after they are destroyed, at the start of the turn. You can attack the torso or head when the head stops spinning.
Alternatively, you can complete this battle in one turn without taking damage if you have Persuade and Diplomacy. Follow the Persuade prompts and the head will stop spinning, then attack it on your turn. Note the Bobby's head also has a random 1/3 chance to stop spinning at the beginning of any turn, which you can also take advantage of.
You can also complete this battle in one turn by using a Murky Vial to light it on fire.
As soon as a Bobby is defeated, it is necessary to stomp on its corpse as a form of execution, otherwise it will get back up. This can be done by selecting the “Beat him” option when inspecting its corpse.

- Bobby: “For justice and order!”
Talk
- The voice of the bobby is distorted and screechy, barely understandable.
- Bobby: “You have violated the martial law set by the high priest to the area of Prehevil and its surroundings. The law broken: EVERYONE - MUST - STAY - INDOORS. The protocol to use: LETHAL FORCE.”
- Player: [PERSUADE] “I wasn't aware of such laws. I'll do better next time!”
- Bobby: “No. You are contaminated. There is no way back anymore.”
- Player: “Contaminated by what?”
- Bobby: “You know well enough! TAINTED! TAINTED!”
- Player: [PERSUADE] “Contaminated? You're one to talk!”
- Bobby: “We govern with actions, not with examples.”
- Player: “Sounds unjust. I thought you were all about justice and order?”
- Bobby: “Unjust... Unjust... ...” You got the bobby wondering. He seems to be lost in his thoughts. (-Head shake)
- Player: “...”
- Player: “Sounds unjust. I thought you were all about justice and order?”
- Bobby: “We govern with actions, not with examples.”
- Player: “...”
- Player: “Contaminated by what?”
- Bobby: “No. You are contaminated. There is no way back anymore.”
- Player: [INTIMIDATE] “You better call for reinforcements while you still can.”
- Bobby: “No reinforcements required.” The bobby doesn't seem to understand intimidation.
- Player: “I will correct my ways if you just let me!”
- Bobby: “No. You are contaminated. There is no way back anymore.”
- Player: “Contaminated by what?”
- Bobby: “You know well enough! TAINTED! TAINTED!”
- Player: “You got it wrong, I'm one of the few healthy ones around!”
- Bobby: “Enough with the excuses! TAINTED! TAINTED!”
- Player: “...”
- Player: “Contaminated by what?”
- Bobby: “No. You are contaminated. There is no way back anymore.”
- Player: “Why are such laws in place?”
- Bobby: “It is for the safety and protection of civilians.”
- Player: [PERSUADE] “The police force should serve people, not force.”
- Bobby: “To serve and protect - pr-protect... and... ...” You got the bobby wondering. He seems to be lost in his thoughts. (-Head shake)
- Player: “Protection against what?”
- Bobby: “The green hue that devours the land at night.”
- Player: “So are you going to arrest me?”
- Bobby: “The protocol to use: LETHAL FORCE.”
- Player: “...”
- Player: [PERSUADE] “The police force should serve people, not force.”
- Bobby: “It is for the safety and protection of civilians.”
- If player is indoors:
- Player: “But we are indoors!?”
- Bobby: : “Indoors... Must... Stay... ...” You got the bobby wondering. He seems to be lost in his thoughts. (-Head shake)
- Player: “I got more pressing issues than your stupid laws.”
- Bobby: “You shall be detained.”
- Player: Nevermind
- Player: [PERSUADE] “I wasn't aware of such laws. I'll do better next time!”

Player: “This person barely resembles a human anymore despite that most likely being his original form. At least based on his anatomy. There is a thick layer of exoskeleton-like growth all over the person. The surface looks like old burn damage for the most part. In certain places the surface has began to harden into glossy shell. The areas with the least 'burn damage' look like normal skin with severe rash and blisters. Because of the exoskeleton-like surface, most physical attacks and fire damage is reduced. The surface is vulnerable against blunt attack though.”
If Daan is in the party: “This person barely resembles a human anymore despite that most likely being his original form. At least based on his anatomy. Trivia
- "Bobby" , plural "Bobbies" is a slang term for a member of London’s Metropolitan Police derived from the name of Sir Robert (Bob) Peel, who established the force in 1829. Police officers in London are also known as “peelers” for the same reason. The enemy wears the characteristic custodian helmet that was the norm for police forces across the United Kingdom and many parts of Europe until the 1950's.
