Restaurant Bílý Vůl is a location in Fear & Hunger 2: Termina. It is situated in the Prevehil Inner City, by the staircase that a player will find after opening the gates to the new town areas.

Layout

The outside of the restaurant is painted in a yellowish colour, and its menu is laid on the wall. A number plaque has "2" signed on it.

The inside part of Bílý Vůl resembles a regular small-town restaurant from the time period the game is set in (1940's). Aside the fact that one of its tables holds the leftovers of a seemingly grotesque and bloody dinner, it seems to have survived the decay one can observe in many other locations of Prehevil: plates and glasses are organized, and the still-functioning kitchen is reasonably well-kept. The restaurant's basement also houses a small wine cellar and two rooms for storage and supplies.

Gameplay

  • If the player meets Levi during Day 1 in the Old Town part of Prehevil, he will relocate to the basement kitchen of Restaurant Bílý Vůl, where he can be recruited if given Heroin.
  • Henryk, if saved during Day 1, can be informed about the restaurant's functioning kitchen. He will then move from the train to the restaurant and resume cooking for the party. Doing so will also skip his altercation with Caligura in Day 2.
  • If the player visits this area during Day 2 Morning/Evening, they will witness a confrontation between Pav, Marcoh and/or Tanaka, resulting in both of them being held at gunpoint by Pav. The player can either try to talk down Pav or just ignore the situation, causing him to shoot both of them. This can be prevented if the player decides to attack Pav during this event or by rescuing him from the Kaiser's attack during Day 1.
  • If Marcoh and/or Tanaka survive until the start of Day 2, a Foldable wheelchair will appear in front of the restaurant. Marcoh and/or Tanaka will retrieve the wheelchair and transport it back to the train area if they evade death by Pav's potential attack. However, should they meet their demise, the player can retrieve the wheelchair independently. Ensuring the wheelchair is delivered to Olivia is essential for recruiting her.

Dialogues

Party Talk:
  • If Karin is in the party:
    • Karin: "An abandoned restaurant...?"
    • Karin: "Or is it?"
  • If Olivia is in the party:
    • Olivia: "It's a restaurant? What kind of food do they eat in Bohemia anyway?"
  • If Marina is in the party:
    • Marina: "Don't make the mistake of tasting the local delicacies. That morbid stuff is an acquired taste if there ever was one."
      • If Olivia is in the party:
        • Olivia: "What kind of food is it then?"
        • Marina: "You'd have to see it to believe. Let's see if we can find anything for you here."
        • Olivia: "Ah! N-no thanks. I'm a vegetarian..."
        • Olivia: "At least I am in normal situations. At the train I had to eat whatever we had at disposal..."
        • Marina: "Ok. Well no Bohemian food for you in that case. Someone or something had to die, preferably multiple times before it gets to the plate."
        • Olivia: "..."
  • If Abella is in the party:
    • Abella: "This place feels at least somewhat safe... It's more than you can say about most places we've seen so far."
  • If Daan is in the party:
    • Daan: "Do they have anything good at the bar?"
  • If Levi is in the party:
    • Levi: "..."
    • Levi: "Maybe I should guard the door, while you check the building?"
  • If O'saa is in the party:
    • O'saa: "..."
  • If Marcoh is in the party:
    • Marcoh: "Looks like a decent place to grab a meal at..."
    • Marcoh: "There has to be something worthwhile here."
