Acquirement

Two spears can be obtained by fighting against Rancid the Sergal:

• First Battle (in Altar of the One God) - Guaranteed drop if at least one arm is destroyed
• Second Battle (in Maiden Forest) - Guaranteed drop after defeat

Tips

• The Sergal spear has the highest attack out of any weapon in the game. However, the damage it deals is outclassed by multi-hit weapons such as Red virtue and the Meat grinder.

Trivia

• The developer of the game, Orange~, confirmed the Sergal Spear to be a reference to YouTuber Neco the Sergal, who did many videos and playthroughs of Fear & Hunger, increasing its exposure to a larger audience. The YouTuber also describes himself as a 'sergal', a race of furred anthropomorphic creatures with heads shaped like a shark, who originated from another world.
