Gameplay
- Effects: Used to Flip an additional coin during Coin flips by holding [SHIFT], which will increase the chance to win the coin flip

- Starting item of all characters
- Drops from Owl cultist, Bellend, Tanaka, Tanaka (Doppelgänger), Henryk, Judgement and Gentleman
- Can be stolen from Rat hag, Living flesh, Stitches, Sylvian Trooper, Platoon, Kaiser and Per'kele
- Crate, Orphanage locker and Chest loot
- Pinecone Pig loot
- Can be found in various locations:
- 1 in Well
- 1 in Old House
- 1 inside a locker in Tunnel 7
- 1 in Restaurant Bílý Vůl
- 1 in Filthy Shack - Eastern Outskirts
