• Can be found in Two-story House 2 and PRHVL Bop in the speakeasy

Trivia

• In the current 1.9.1 version of the game, there is a debug tile in Outskirts of Prehevil - Train left from the Deserted Cottage that gives 1 Rifle .303 Mk I, 6 .303 Ammo, 10 Matches and 1 Bolt cutters.
