Doppelgängers are unique hostile enemies encountered in Fear & Hunger 2: Termina. Like in legend, these are beings that mimic those around them and try to blend into their role. They are evil in nature, using their stolen appearance to fool and kill unsuspecting victims. This particular creature tries to emulate Levi during the Termina Festival.

Levi's doppelgänger seems to be in an incomplete state, as evidenced by his hands both in and out of battle. When not engaged in combat, he displays jaws in lieu of a regular face and speaks very little, perhaps aware of his own "incompleteness" and as a result, exhibits an aggressive demeanor.

Upon encountering this entity, he will first greet the player and identify himself as Levi, before suddenly charging towards the player and initiating a battle.

  • Despite Doppelgänger faces being physically different from the real versions, their heads still count as their respective contestant's head. This means you have the option to trade some items from Pocketcat for their heads without killing any contestant characters.
  • The misshapen arm of Levi's Doppelgänger appears to be reused from the Janitor.
