The Wine vial is a Healing item in Fear & Hunger.

Acquirement

Wine vials can be obtained using a Glass vial when interacting with one of the wine barrels in the Basement.

Alternatively, you can use Simple Transmutation (obtained with Map #1) from the menu, which will allow you to turn a Water vial into a Wine vial for the cost of 15 mind
