The Ring of the still-blood is an Accessory in Fear & Hunger.
Acquirement
Can be looted from from the corpses of Guards, Guard (Infected), Guard (Ballista), and Elite guards
Usefulness
While the direct effects of this ring are nice, it gets outclassed by better accessories quite early on such as the Salmonsnake soul which is a direct upgrade to it.
Combine that with the fact that you can never take it off it is very rarely worth actually equipping.
