The Golden Gates are a location in Fear & Hunger 2: Termina. This zone consists of a long mysterious hallway with golden gates, which is mostly used for fast traveling.
To reach this area, the player must have the Golden gates skill so that they can interact with the golden gates inside Rher's dimension. Each of these locations have a golden gate that can be entered and exited through:
Tunnel 7 Rher's world gate - Can be reached through the bottom floor on the pre-made Rher's sigil.
Mayor's Manor Rher's world gate - Can be reached in 2nd floor, in the same room which the Decrepit Priest is found. The player must draw the Rher's sigil to access it.
Orphanage Rher's world gate - Can be found in the shed from the schoolyard area after going through the pre-made Rher's sigil.
White Mold Apartments Rher's world gate - Can be found by reaching the 2nd floor of the apartment, after crawling into the washing machine to reach into the Rher's dimension.
Church of Alll-mer Rher's world gate - Can be found by using the pre-made Rher's sigil, in the Level 2 of the church.
There are two secret doors leading to the following locations:
Pocketcat's room - Between the Orphanage gate and White Mold Apartments gate
Joy mask room - Between the Mayor's Manor gate and White Mold Apartments gate. Requires White key.
Marcoh: "I don't understand what is happening... But this trickery... It doesn't feel malicious."
Pocketcat's room
Pocketcat's room can be found in the hallway with many toys and bags with blood in them. These things may hint at Pocketcat's kidnapping crime. On the third day of the game, when Daan turned into Pocketcat, this room will change its form automatically. This scene might be the death of Daan's deceased fiancé, Elise Dutch.
An almost full white room with a path and blinking eyes. One of the pairs of blinking eyes will have a Joy mask on them and the player can take the mask. Due to this area requiring the White key, currently only O'saa can access this place.
Trivia
While exploring the toy room, the player will find some Easter egg for Fear & Hunger. The Peculiar Doll from the first game as well as the Plush Toy from the Dungeon Nights gamemode will be present at this room.
Additionally, though not a reference to the first game, the Jack-in-the-Box toy in the room bears resemblance to Per'kele.
