- Accessories can only prevent debuffs but not cure them in F&H2.
Dying in battle clears the character of any status effects, meaning if the player is able to die without getting a game over, for example Needles or Janitor, then they can use this to clear every status effect. This also means that using Magna-medicinal is a way to clear party members of every status effect.
