This page contains the status effects in Fear & Hunger 2: Termina. For the status effects in Fear & Hunger, see Status Effects F&H1.

Status Effects are the different afflictions that your character and party members can suffer from in Fear & Hunger 2: Termina. They can be caused by enemies, foes, or traps, with each having different effects. Status effects represent one of the core dangers of the game, as they can render the player unable to fight or cause either temporary or permanent problems. These effects are partially listed in the Anathomia book.

Debuffs that can be applied on the player and other party members.

  • Accessories can only prevent debuffs but not cure them in F&H2.

  • Consuming Cloth fragment, Condensed green, Heart or Dirty toilet paper
  • Being hit by Stabbing attacks
  • Stepping on rusty nails
  • Losing/amputating limbs
Poisoned status.png Poisoned -5% BP per turn
  • Equipping Thorned ring
  • Consuming a White vial, Mixed herbs (red and green), Condensed green or a Liver
  • Enemies that use Poison attacks
  • Being hit by a poison dart in the overworld
Toxic status.png Toxic -15% BP per turn
  • Equipping Pigskin gas mask, Bremen gas mask or Thorned ring
  • Consuming a White vial, Mixed herbs (red and green) or a Kidney
  • Enemies that use Toxic attacks
Infection arm status.png Infected arm Death if not treated in time (Approximately 6 location changes, actual time passed does not affect rate of infection)
  • Equipping Salmonsnake rune
  • Consuming the Green herb, Mixed herbs (red and green), Condensed green or Thymus
  • Amputating an arm with a Bonesaw
  • Enemies that use Stabbing and Biting attacks
  • Consuming Dirty toilet paper
