"Only one way is to survive"
The Sew job is an Enemy encountered in Fear & Hunger 2: Termina.
Lore
The sew jobs are a bizarre amalgamation of body parts sewn into an umbrella-like shape. They were likely created by Stitches, as one can be seen in the process of being constructed in Tunnel 1.
Despite its monstrous appearance, it still seems to be somewhat sentient.
Location & Behaviour
- 3 Sew jobs in Prehevil - Shopping Street
- 2 Sew jobs in Prehevil - Back Alleys (Sylvian's Square)
Sew jobs will not be initially present until the player gets close enough to where they would be, then they will fade in and float down until they reach the floor upon getting close enough.

Strategy
Fear & Hunger Mode
Despite making it look like you are supposed to cut the top part off, killing all three heads at the enemy's tail/bottom defeats them. Killing them is worthless however, so they should be avoided if possible. In the current 1.9.1. version there is a bug that allows completely avoid them. If you run fast enough to the Department store before Sew jobs land the first time you can enter-exit the store and with each transition Sew jobs will appear a little lower without considering the perspective. After 6-7 transitions they will land to the roofs of the buildings below and stuck there for the rest of the game. This is especially useful for Masox-SM mode.
Masoχ-S/M Mode
The same strategy for Fear and Hunger mode applies.

Player: “The creature seems to have been sewn together from multiple different humans. The sewing work itself is impressive, but you wonder how exactly the creature is able to function... If Daan is in the party: “The creature seems to have been sewn together from multiple different humans. The sewing work itself is impressive... But I have no idea how exactly the creature is able to function... Whatever is the case, the creature doesn't seem to be a product of mutation similar to the rest of the locals.
